Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms & Conditions


By accepting your quotation customer's are agreeing to our terms & conditions.

1) Due to our no upfront payments policy we rely upon payment on the completion day. Payment must be made by Bank transfer or Cash. Cash payments must be made to P Hamilton only.

2) All material and goods belong to Hamilton Contracts until payment in full has been made.

3) If any electrical or water supply is required the customer agrees to provide a supply.

4) Any works added by the customer must be quoted for before that work can commence.

5) The customer shall agree that any schedule dates give for the commencement or finalization of works shall be flexible as to the weather conditions.

6) Any Payment not received at the due time may be subject to a 9% interest charge, charged at the descretion of Hamilton Contracts
